The study evaluated the impact of leadership style on company performance in selected Banking institutions, in Ibadan Nigeria. Purposive sampling strategy was followed in deciding on a total of sixty (60) respondents as sample for the study, when relevant data was obtained with the aid of a structured questionnaire. 1 hypothesis was formulated and inferential statistical tool was used to analyze the info specifically Pearson product moment correlation was used to examine the partnership between management style dimensions and company performance, when Regression analysis was used to measure the significant effect of leadership style dimensions upon followers and gratification. Findings revealed positive and negative relationship between management style proportions and organizational performance. It absolutely was also found that leadership style dimensions collectively predict organizational performance, which usually counted pertaining to 23% variance of efficiency. The study concluded that transformational and democratic management style must be employed by the Banks' management in order to wax stronger within a global competitive environment.
